Bulk Trash Collection

Bulk trash collection is governed by the Code of the City of Glendale, Arizona Sec. 18-108. Sec. 18-108(c) states “No owner or occupant of a residential property shall place bulk trash out for collection earlier than Thursday of the week preceding the scheduled pick up week.” If you place bulk trash out earlier than the preceding Thursday, you are subject to a fine by the City of Glendale. In addition, placing bulk trash out early violates section 3.10 of the Declaration of Covenants, Condition and Restrictions (CC&Rs). You will also be subject to fines by the Association. Here is the bulk trash schedule for 2023. There is a green star on the date bulk trash can be placed for pickup.
